SLCL broke ground on the new Meramec Valley Branch on May 30. The new branch will be located at 1501 San Simeon Way in unincorporated St. Louis County. The seven-acre site was previously home to Marshall’s Nursery. The new Meramec Valley Branch will be a full service library branch encompassing 21,000 square feet. Amenities will include a Discovery Zone for children, private study rooms, a quiet reading room, a community meeting room, a business center, a community garden, a walking path, and an outdoor reading deck.
