Social workers are available at Florissant Valley, Lewis & Clark, Natural Bridge, Rock Road and Weber Road branches Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m. and limited hours on select Saturdays. Appointments may be requested by completing this form or by calling 314-994-3300. Drop-ins are welcome as well, though availability may vary. Inquiries submitted through the form or left on voicemail will receive a response within two business days.

Social workers are available to provide free one-on-one advising and assistance to connect patrons with vital resources and referrals to service providers in the community. Assistance on a wide range of topics is available, including, but not limited to:
- Childcare
- Housing insecurity
- Food insecurity
- Medical assistance
- Domestic violence
- Mental health
- Parenting resources
- Senior resources
- Substance abuse
