SLCL Provides PBS Kids Playtime Pads to Local Schools

St. Louis County Library is providing over 200 PBS Kids Playtime Pads to two local school districts to help families with young children keep learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Families do not need internet access to use the Playtime Pads, they come preloaded with PBS content, including video clips, songs, educational games and apps. Learn more

Drive-thru Meals for Kids

St. Louis County Library and Operation Food Search are providing drive-thru food pick-up for children starting Monday, March 30 from 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. at nine SLCL branches. Participating branches will provide two shelf-stable breakfasts and two lunches every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Meals will be available free of charge for children ages 18 and under. Meals will be distributed in the branch parking lots. Learn more.

Virtual Branch

St. Louis County Library branches are temporarily closed, but you can visit our Virtual Branch 24/7! Stream content, start a research project, download an audiobook, get an online library card and more. Limited tech support is also available. Learn more

All Library Locations Closed Until Further Notice

St. Louis County Library branches will remain closed until further notice to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Library Administration is working closely with County government and public health officials to determine when it is safe to reopen. Due dates on materials have been extended during the closure. All holds will be left in place until the library reopens. Patrons are asked to keep materials at home until the library reopens. Book drops are not available during the closure.
